
Sophie Turner was born in Northampton, England, and made her acting debut playing Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones (2011 – 2019) which saw her receive a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. She was only 14 years old when the filming of GoT began, and it was her first television role.
Sophie stars as a young Jean Grey aka Phoenix in the X-Men films 2016 – 2019.
